Our commitment is to make this website accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector.

The content listed below may not be accessible for the following reasons:

Application Procedure

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the interested party disagrees with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a complaint. A complaint may also be filed if the twenty-business-day period has elapsed without receiving a response.
The complaint may be submitted through the General Application of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation’s Electronic Office, as well as through the other options set forth in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Complaints will be received and processed by the Ministry’s Subdirectorate General for Service Inspection.
